CALLING ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS
This is your chance to champion your community sari-sari store owners!
HOW TO JOIN:
- Register using the QR code below by September 7, 2022. You can join individually or with a team (maximum of 10 members)!
- Create a video not exceeding 5 minutes that tells the story of your community’s sari-sari store owner and how she was able to help her sukis.
- To submit your video entry, upload it on Google Drive and share the link with us by September 30, 2022.
- Videos will be uploaded for voting on the Samahang #SuperTindera Facebook group from October 3-5, 2022.
- Winners will be announced on October 7, 2022 via the GrowSari official Facebook page!
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
- Storytelling: 50%
- Video editing: 25%
- Samahang SuperTindera Votes (Reactions, Comments, Shares): 25%
PRIZES:
- Grand Prize: Php 10,000 and 1,000 GrowCoins for their featured tindera
- 1st Runner Up: Php 5,000 and 500 GrowCoins for their featured tindera
- 2nd Runner Up: Php 3,000 and 500 GrowCoins for their featured tindera
FULL MECHANICS:
- The contest is open to all college students from partner universities who are at least 18 years old, residing in any region of the Philippines
- Interested participants can join individually or in a group not exceeding ten (10) members
- Participants must register from September 1-7, 2022, 11:59PM (Philippine time) via a Google Form from GrowSari
- Upon registration, participants will receive the detailed video brief on or before September 8, 2022
- Participants must create ONE video that features a sari-sari store owner from their community with the theme “#SuperTindera: Ang Bayani ng Aming Community”
- The video must depict how the tindera is their community’s unsung hero
- The video must show how GrowSari has impacted the store owner’s day-to-day life in serving her customers
- The video must show how the customers and/or community’s life has improved because of the sari-sari store owner
- The video content should be in English, Filipino, or local dialect with English subtitles
- The video length must be at least 3 minutes and shall not exceed 5 minutes. It must be submitted in digital format (mp4, mov, or wmv) with at least 720p resolution
- The video must not contain any copyrighted material including but not limited to music, images, artworks, etc.
- All video entries should be submitted to the official email address of the #SuperTindera Day competition at marketing@growsari.com via Google Drive, on or before September 30, 2022, 11:59PM (Philippine time) with the Title of the competition, and the name of the group (i.e SuperTindera Day_Group Name)
- By submitting an entry, participants shall agree to allow GrowSari to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the winning or non-winning entries for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes in any media platform at any time
- Entries will be uploaded in the official Facebook Group of GrowSari for online viewing and voting from October 3-5, 2022
- All video entries are subject to the following criteria for judging:
- Storytelling – 50%
- Video editing – 25%
- Samahang SuperTindera Votes (Reactions, Comments, Shares) – 25%
- Top 3 Winner/s will be announced through the official GrowSari Facebook page on October 7, 2022; winning videos will be published together with the announcement
- Winner/s will be notified via e-mail on October 7, 2022 and should acknowledge and inform the company of how they plan to claim their prize by October 13, 2022, 12:00 PM
- Prizes are as follows:

- Online bank transfer
- Claimed from the GrowSari HQ (address to be provided upon winner announcement via email)
- For sari-sari store owners featured in the winning video/s, they should:
- Have an existing GrowSari account that is active
- Provide their store username which can be found on the GrowSari “Account” page
